Jimmy Johnson has been involved in the entertainment industry for over 25 years. From his college years as a graduate of the Hartford Conservatory of Music, through his band performing years on the road playing for such dignitaries as President Ronald Reagan plus well known pop groups and artists The 5th Dimension, Sam & Dave, Ray Charles, The Harlem Globetrotters, to his current Disc Jockey status performing with famed 60's group The Drifters and entertaining in front of Ruth Pointer of the Pointer Sisters plus M.C. Hammer at the Tropicana Hotel, Las Vegas, Jimmy has gained the musical and entertainment experience most people only dream of.
His polished manner and professionalism on and off the D.J. stand speaks for itself by the Venues that have used his services to include, The ITT Sheraton/ Four Points Corp. Pier 52 Manhattan Ny Ny Faneuil Hall, Boston, Ma. Mobile Beat Magazines International D.J. Show and Conference at The Tropicana Hotel Las Vegas, Nevada Mobile Beat Magazines International Summer D.J. Show and Conference, Cleveland. Ohio with private reception at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, International D.J. World Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, Regional 4-H Fairs and numerous Four Star Resorts/Hotels throughout the Country.
His involvement as a member and leader in the United Stated Army Show Band of New England enabled him to form the solid entertainment roots that give so many East Coast Venues a performer they can be proud to call their own.
Once married he and his wife Gail established one of New England first Mobile Disc Jockey and Entertainment Companies. With years of success and growth Crystal Entertainment Services now houses numerous entertainers to include Mobile Disc Jockeys, Bands, Pianists, Clowns, Magicians, Hypnotists, Karaoke, Hosts, Announcers, Master of Ceremonies, Robotic Boxing, Vegas Intelligent Laser Light Shows and more.
